THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT- SO IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY- Without a ticket you will not gain entry. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A TICKET FOR ALL IN YOUR PARTY (Except babies aged 2 and under)
Please Note because of the size of the crowd we will open the car parks early- at 5.30 before the ticket checks open at 5.45.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE VENUE.
We are a remote countryside venue –
DO NOT RELY ON THE MOBILE DATA NETWORK TO GET YOUR TICKETS ON ARRIVAL
WHERE POSSIBLE PLEASE PRINT YOUR TICKETS TO EXPEDITE TICKET CHECKS AND ENTRY.
The bar and most vendors will take CASH & CARD. The fairground is CASH and CARD.
Large rucksacks and alcohol will not be permitted onto the site.
IF YOU HAVE A VIP ADULT or VIP CHILD TICKET- The entry for VIP opens at 1800. The entry point is between the Music stage and the bar. Keep hold of your ticket for the second ticket check at the entry desk where you will get your entry lanyard to allow you to enter and leave the VIP section.
EXIT AFTER THE FIREWORKS WILL BE BUSY. THE BAND, BAR, FOOD VILLAGE and FAIR REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 9.45- IF you dont need to rush home stay and wait the traffic out.
NO SPARKLERS ON SITE- We dont want any injuries.
CAR PARKING IS FREE- Follow the event signage when you arrive in KIMBOLTON- You will be sent to car park that will get you parked the quickest. Follow our site marshalls.
This is a family event- do not use drugs on the site. If you are intoxicated on arrival you will not be permitted entry.
